Court Schedule
Court is in session the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Town Hall, which is located at 400 Grand Avenue, Platteville, CO 80651.
Summons
If the citation states it is a summons and does not state a fine, payment in advance of the court hearing is not permitted and an appearance by the defendant is required. If the defendant is unable to appear, contact the Court Clerk as soon as possible.
If you fail to pay or appear on the court date, additional fees may be imposed and a bench warrant may be issued for your arrest.
Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance
If you have been charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, please consult the additional information we've provided.
Payments
The court will accept payment in full until the close of business the day prior to your court hearing. If you wish to make a payment the day of your hearing, an additional $30 in court costs will be added to the amount on the citation.
